Updated: 6/18/2024

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy was created to help you understand how and why we collect the personal information you provide. It is here to assist you in making decisions on what information to provide when using our website.

Our website's registration forms require users to provide contact information such as name and email address. We use provided contact information to send the user our electronic newsletter and other information about Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity. The user’s contact information is also used to contact the user when necessary. Users may opt out of receiving future mailings; see the Choice/Opt-Out section below.

Our website uses donation forms from donors to support our program. We collect contact information, such as email and physical addresses. Contact information from the order form is used to send acknowledgements, donation receipt letters, and information about Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity to our donors. The donor's contact information is also used to get in touch when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Choice/Opt-Out section below. Credit card information that is collected is only used to charge the user for donations. It is masked internally, and it is never divulged to any outside party. Aside from contact information and credit card information, we will obtain your personal data directly when you make a donation, sign up for one of our events, or when you communicate with us directly in some other way. We will obtain your personal data when you communicate to your employer or to a retail partner of Habitat for Humanity during your point of purchase that you affirmatively designate Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity to receive a personal contribution from you. We might also obtain your personal data through your use of social media such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or LinkedIn, depending on your settings or the privacy policies of these social medial and messaging services. To change your settings on these services, please refer to their privacy notes, which will tell you how to do this.

We will not give away or sell your email or physical addresses. If another non-profit organization assumes responsibility of our affiliate and takes control of our donor list, you will be given two weeks of notice to opt out before the transfer.
